You built a business that works. Now it needs your work. Decisions have to come through your desk, the vision lives in your head, and building a business that runs without you is a second full-time job you don't have and extra hours for.
The cohort experience gives you the context and process to make a plan instead of asking you to invent something on your own.
I designed the Legacy Leadership Architecture in six sequential domains to take a business from running on its owner to running by its owner. The cohort applies the architecture with a room of peers working through the same struggles. Hear how other leaders are working through some of the same roadblocks and how to get through them.

What you can expect to work on
You'll work on your own business, in order, one domain at a time.
You start with vision. Not just a statement for the wall but a published vision your team can repeat, carried by a communication rhythm that keeps it in front of them. Then decision-making, where you build a matrix that filters decisions by weight and owner, so the ones that don't need you stop arriving at your desk.
From there the work moves to your people. You'll run a diagnostic on how your team actually functions together and schedule one intervention against what it surfaces. Then you'll identify the leaders coming up behind you and write a development plan for each of them, which is where most owners discover the bench is thinner than they assumed.
The back half turns to the business itself. You'll map your operations against where the company is going rather than where it's been, which produces a gap analysis you can sequence instead of a list you can only feel guilty about. Then you'll design a replaceability test — a real, scheduled picture of what the business does when you step into a different role.
In the final two weeks you assemble all of it into a ninety-day execution plan for the year ahead. You leave holding a plan you built, not one you were handed.
A published vision cascading through a communication rhythm your team can easily follow.
A decision matrix to filter decisions in such a way that you don’t have to always be the one to make them.
Your next leaders identified + a development plan for each of them.
Operations mapped against the direction of the company, instead of tradition.
A tested picture of what the business can do when you step up or out.
A plan for next year that has meaning, intentionality, and direction.
Don’t take my word for it.
